Songbird Chalet
A truly unique retreat for those that love the outdoors! When you arrive at our quaint chalet, you will find bright and airy accommodations for your enjoyment. With windows on three sides, you will enjoy views of the woods, meadow and the pond just beyond.
You can enjoy the woods by walking on the numerous trails that are located there and for bird watching and other wildlife viewing in general! For those that enjoy fishing, the pond is stocked with fish (no fishing license required) but is strictly catch and release.
In the evening you can enjoy a campfire (firewood provided) in the woods next to the chalet. There is also a charcoal grill provided for your use (please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).
Inside the chalet you will find accommodations for 2-4 people. There is a king size bed along with a sleeper sofa and a shower bathroom. All towels and linens are provided. There are very basic kitchen appliances - small fridge, microwave, coffeepot and mugs.
The Chalet is fully heated and air conditioned; however, there is no TV but if you wish to bring one you may.
